Velious textures?

Is there any kind of ETA for Velious textures being restored? I know that it is being worked on per the last update, but can we expect to see them soon? Mostly I just wanna know because I got my long-awaited Thurg armor right after they went down and ive never even gotten to see it on my own character : (
