What Filter Does It Fall Under

Hey all. Not sure if this is where to make this post but it looked like the closest one to my question. In the chat window in the bottom left of the pic does anyone know what filter the chat in that window falls under? I moved everything from that chat window but it still shows up there. Wonder if im doing something wrong or if there's a bug or something.

Those are spell messages. So it looks like you dont have all the spell stuff going to the upper left window.
