Spell List outdated

I recently installed and played fine for a few minutes, then decided to get the Duxa all in one thing. Now if I use the original .bat or the Emu whatever to run the game I get the spell list error.

Can anyone help me? I've seen the post about deleting certain files, but that seems to be for an older version maybe? All the files are re-named already.

Any help would be awesome!
