Now that Warrens is in, did the Wu'a armor tailoring recipes go in game?

I tried making the Wu's Fighting Wristbands according to the recipe on the wiki and it didn't combine into anything.

We just entered Mar01 era and Wus armor set wasnt added until May01. Should see it available in about 2 months
