Game Mechanics: Pet Attack Command Bug Since the Pet Tracker Nerf

Ever since the pet attack nerf due to automated /pet trackers on green99, if you input

'/pet attack ' <-- with a space afterwards.

It now attacks whatever is closest to your pet (ignoring Z-axis) instead of attacking your target.
Not sure if intentional, but it has gotten me killed more times than I'd like to admit due to sloppy pet macro's.

Man, just reading this screams of classic. And I'm not sure why, but it suddenly lit a bit of brain matter up saying 'yep thats a memory'....

Could be a thing. Needs some scholars on the case.
