Description: Combining torn/ripped tapestry in sewing kit results in a torn tapestry

Steps to reproduce bug:

1. put torn and ripped tapestries in sewing kit/loom
2. got message saying "You fashioned the items together to create something new!"
3. Results in another torn tapestry.

Expected behavior: Supposed to result in a mended tapestry

Evidence/Research: Done twice, first time I didn't realize it failed and lost my 1st level skullcap
