http://moestaverne.com/ is down as well not sure what to do aside from trying a differnt method

Create a shortcut of eqgame.exe
Right click on it click properties
Find target
Go to the end of the C:/ bla bla eqgame.exe put a space then patchme ( 1 Word )
Run that, then your gtg
