Trouble getting the p99 distribution

I'm currently attempting to get into p99 for the first time but am having trouble attaining the current distribution files in order to patch my titanium install. It seems like the link in the getting started guide is broken and the other getting started guide points to the patch note forum which doesn't appear to have any links although I may just be blind.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
