New installation - black screen on startup

Hi all,

Newbie here with a probalem.
I just installed Titanium and the P1999 files on my computer. A completely new installation.

When I start by running the "Launch Titanium" batch file a black window fills my screen and nothing happens. Task Manager shows the App 'eqgame' as "Not responding".

This is on a Windows 10 - 64 bit.
Installation is On the D: drive (an SSD)
The only change from default is that I changed the Launcher batch file to CD into the Titanium folder:
D:
cd "\EQ_P1999"
start eqgame patchme

Any ideas?
