Disciple of Tunare Quest and Larik Z'Vole

Anyone seen Larik Z'Vole or done the second symbol quest for Tunare? Wiki says he is not in but that was before Hole dropped. Would like to know if I am wasting my time for one reason or for a separate, unrelated reason.

So while another player was camping Larik last night (1/5/21), I spent a few hours checking SolA and Unrest for the pouch of red dust and the thick caustic fluid, and came up empty on those too. Went to Mistmoore as well for the fluid, but I didn't kill anything there, just got no responses in /ooc. So it seems at this point, that not only is Larik not around, but none of the further parts to the Tunare symbol quests are in yet.

I'll spend some more time looking and report back if I get any new info.

This post here is saying Disciple quest extension was added in March 2001 (after Velious)

I dont know how its implemented here and the patch notes it references just has a vague statement about new quests being added but this could be whats going on
