Spawn Timers
Is there anywhere that people keep track of the spawn timers of mobs? Wanted to do testament of vaneer quest. So i head to HHP naturally the guy to kill isnt up (7hr spawn timer) but the zone is a ghost town so no one to ask.

There is not ... probably because the only people that could benefit are those who would compete with you. The only time it wouldn't is if you just completed the quest for that timer, and there just aren't enough kind people sharing timers to justify a wiki page, ongoing forum thread, etc.
Big guilds can sometimes help for more popular timers (eg. Shady/Angry Goblin), but even they are unlikely to know when the Testament guy was last up.
