Issue after logging in to username

After I input my username/password to login to the pj1999 account I have, upon entering to server select ever server will not launch the game. I'm given time out error and unknown error occurred while trying to join the game. When this happens it just pops up and never attempts to enter the server. Ive played many times, fresh installs, usb installs and I never have seen this problem not once. Any input would help, as I have no clue what to do. I used a fresh install of Titanium from my disc set.
