Default Everquest Clone in Unity

Hi all,
I love Everquest so much but it sadly it is somewhat old and a little bit stale. So, I began to rejuvenate my passion for that first original experience logging in and creating a new character in unknown lands. So, I began creating an "Everquest clone" in Unity.

I have a Bachelor's of Computer Science so my programming skills are capable, and, I know how to use Blender to model, texture and animate characters, monsters, and environments. My goal is to simulate the same look and feel of original EQ with low poly models for characters, monsters, and environments.

Conceptually, this Everquest clone would be similar in the regard that it would have numerous unique races and classes. However, there would be more exclusive features available to each class, and, custom monster abilities. Consider playing a warrior who really only had attack, bash, and kick in EQ. One feature to make melee classes like warriors more interesting is to let them delimb opponents. Imagine gnoll heads, arms, and legs flying around, making warriors just more visually entertaining.

In any case, this is just a dream project. If I ever make a small alpha build (which wouldn't take too much time actually) it would be released as a multiplayer game that supports a small number of players on a local host. Definitely no high volume servers.

Here are a few videos of something I began on this subject. It might tickle you a little bit. Thoughts?
