Nerfed items in Kunark

Kunark has a laundry list of items that are all quickly nerfed (maybe 1 month after launch) because they are stupid broken and were against the desires of the developers. We all know of their existence ahead of time, and it's gonna be a shit show as we all fight over them. Rather than having /list for Totem of the Wizened Spirits, we should just launch Kunark with those nerfs in place. Is it perfectly classic? No, but neither is our meta-game knowledge. What do you all think?
