TKing Spell Icons - Help?

I'm asking everywhere because I need these to work.

I put all the files in the zip that Savoc offered on his Updating the UI post into the default UI folder (the one I use) and this is what I get. I am familiar with tweaking ini files (too much SSE and FO4) but I'm not sure which one and what to look for/change. Any help would be incredibly appreciated.
