Ogre warrior in Blackburrow

I started on classic EQ in Qeynos and doing black burrow and have major nastalgia for the zone. However I made an ogre warrior (because I wanted to!) and was wondering if anyone has tried leveling in the Qeynos area with this race class combo. I’m agnostic and my real question is:

1. Can I get enough faction to train at the warrior guild in Halas or Qeynos and
2. Will I be able to turn in gnoll fangs?
