Kobold Shaman Artifacts?

According to the wiki page, the quest turn-in is broken and Breya eats your items.

However, the next quest in the line was confirmed working as at 10/22/17 - so I'm not sure whether Breya is still going to eat items or not?

Has anyone completed the shaman artifacts quest recently? Or can a dev confirm it is broken or working, please?
