Thulian Wand Missing From phantasms in Plane of Fear
The wizard wand drop from phantasms in Plane of Fear is missing.
The loathling lich drops the Wand of Confalgration in Plane of Hate for Wizard and apparently the phantasm is suppose to drop Thulian Wand in Plane of Fear. https://web.archive.org/web/19991127...ww.graffe.com/ Equipment > Wands will list all of the known Wizard 'wands'.
