Time Zones?

While this isn't horribly game changing, I've noticed recently that Kithicor and zones west are about 5 hours behind West Commonlands and zones east. When it's 5pm in WC it's noon in Kith. I don't recall this ever being the case on live. I'm not sure if there's an equivalent on the southern route across Antonica.
