"Launch Titanium" not working

The guide says,

"To launch the game, use the 'Launch Titanium' file found in your Titanium directory (This should have been extracted from the Project 1999 Files)."

But when I do, I get a message saying, "Windows cannot find 'eqgame'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again."

What am I missing here?

Bro, literally having the same exact problem. Please let me know if you figure it out. I’ve posted on Reddit as eel but no one seems to know. Please please let me know if you get it resolved. I’m so close to playing!
