New to Project 1999 - Error with client on 2nd opening

I was able to get eq launched and working with "Launch Titanium.bat" then log into the loginserver with the separate login. I made a new character on the green server and played a while.

The client crashed and I decided to reboot my computer. When I returned, I loaded EQ with "Launch Titanium.bat" then proceeded to login. The server select screen shows no servers and just stays empty.

When I try to quick connect, I get a timeout error.

What am I missing?
