NPC Spawn Issue: Kerra Isle - Razortooth

On Green I have spent around 8 hours a day for 4 days killing Spikefish and have not seen Razortooth spawn. Using the normal method for targeting placeholder mobs, none of the Spikefish seem to be valid placeholders. I am thinking his placeholder may not be spawning correctly and therefore he is not spawning. Although going by the wiki, I am under the assumption that he has 4 fish spots he can spawn from.

I am going to assume since Venomous spikefish which are for a Stonbrunt era quest are not spawning, I saw 0 venous fish in 4 days, that maybe the venomous fish was incorrectly tagged as his placeholder and when they were removed so was he.

There is a complete lack of any patch notes saying anything was added to Kerra between launch and May 10th 2000. I think this is sufficient proof that this mob should be spawning.

Can a GM validate whether he is spawning as intended or was erroneously removed from the spawn table.

It should also be noted that a npc that gives the quest for Razortooth is present and give the correct quest text.

Just an FYI, it works on blue. Maybe it's a green specific issue.

That is why I would like a GM to confirm that he was not accidentally removed with the removal of the venomous spikefish

i've put in maybe half this amount of time killing every single spikefish until I gave up last week, and also not seen Razortooth pop

Thank you Zodium, I think enough killing of innocent fish has occurred to prove that Razortooth is broken. If anyone on Green/Teal actually has a Kerran Fishing Pole then i stand corrected.

I think total I've spend around 45 to 55 hours straight killing fish with no Razortooth.

He may spawn, but I've killed in excess of 50 spikefish off and on for about a week and haven't seen him yet. Spikefish are annoying as hell to kill as a melee as when they flee they tend to disappear if you can't get them dead quickly. I doubt they'll be many fishing poles on green.
