Faction Hit / illusion

Hello,

Was killing guards in Nektulos Forest and I was getting slowly "kill on sight" even with Dark Elf Illusion on.

Is it a bug? I dont remember it worked that way... I used to kill Bouncers with Ogre Illusion without any troubles...
