Mouse over on items doesn't show item name anymore?

Hi all,

Until last week If I mouse over an item (in loot window of a mob's corpse, or in my inventory), I could see the name displayed.

Now I have to right click and hold to see it - when I inspect someone I can not see name of the items they are wearing.

Just wanted to check if this is faced by others also, or something at my end alone.

P.S: I re-installed the latest patch a couple of times also.
