"An unknown error occured while try to join the Server"

Hallo everyone,

as already mentioned in the headline I always get "An unknown error occured while try to join the Server" when I actually try to join a server.

I created the acoount only a few minnutes ago and I did already created a lvl 1 char, but
now I am not able to reconnect.

I would be very glad if you would help me.
