Raz the Rat Misk

When you hand Raz the Rat Misk in South Qeynos 5gp as part of https://wiki.project1999.com/The_Tattered_Pouch you are teleported directly to Crow in North Qeynos, with the pouch to hand him on your cursor.

Not that I'm complaining, just probably a bug.
