On the last few days of beta, Nilbog opened up the collaborative merchant spreadsheet and I researched the entry date of every spell into the game. It is now extremely accurate.

The renew summoning spells are added in the same patch as mod rods. January 2000.

Found it on the merchant next to Tergon Brenclog in Akanon Library
