Have to reset UI and keybinds every new patch

Hello,

I don't know what I am doing wrong. Apparently, others don't have to deal with this. Every time I download a patch, my keybinds get reset. I spend the day of playing discovering (in frustration) keybinds I had set up prior to the patch that were reset, and having to change them. Sometimes causing hazards to me and my group. What am I doing wrong?
