NPC Spawn Issue: WAY too many infected rats in toxx

way too many infected rats in toxx and hardly no level 1 snakes and skellies to level with. please investigate

literally ive only found 1 skelly and 1 snake to kill at level 1 among dozens and dozens of level 2 infected rats..

leveled a edu and checked this out. I also had a hard time finding level 1 mobs. My solution was to train higher level stuff to guards till lower stuff repops (really hard if nto possible to kill level 2's at level 1 with most classes)

I believe in the starting area they all share the same spawn points, most likely all the level 1's are being killed by new players and more 2's get left up? (I see lots of new 1'st coming in, killing a few and not leveling much)

45% was level 1, 55% was level 2 - so I don't think that was the issue. Nonetheless, I've changed it to 50/50. Tox was never a desired zone, you see a lot of complaints about it if you research.
