Game Mechanics: Can't cast after being stunned by mobs.

This is kind of hard to explain, but if you cast too soon after stun wears off of you, you can't cast for usually ~10 seconds afterwards. I notice this mainly in PoSky, because it's full of stunning mobs.

Situation:
Mob stuns me.
Stun wears off, while I'm spamming my next spell.
If I cast too soon, I'm silenced for ~10 seconds. Casting a spell greys the spell gems for a tenth of a second, but they reset and wont cast.
If you wait a second or so after stun wears off, you can cast like normal.

Anyone else had this issue?

Seems to be happening with fear as well, it wears off but you cant cast for another "tick".

Resolving due to age, if still an issue make a new post with logs showing the problem.
