windows 10 say Win32/Tiggre!plock in p99files49

So i get a message from windows defender that i have Win32/Tiggre!plock

So i removed it from computer.

Then i try to play eq and it says missing dll files reinstall game may help.

So i try to download p99files49 and it says download fail - virus detected

So i cant play eq . is there a virus ? what should i do ?
