Spells: Pacify

I can't pacify a mob that is already calmed (by me).

It's stronger, and is supposed to last longer now, right? so I should be able to pacify a calmed mob, I would have thought.

to clarify: when I try, I get "your spell did not take hold", which usually means a stronger spell, or a spell casted by a higher lvl PC, was already on there, etc.
