Miscellaneous: Cabilis faction(s) bugging out

EDIT: What I thought was happening turns out to be something else. Apparently, different Crusaders (Cabilis guards) are on different factions, which seems like a minor bug anyways. Noticed this when turning in bone chips in Field of Bone. Became dubious to one Crusader, zoned in, threateningly to Crusaders inside Cabilis, zoned out, threateningly to some Crusaders in FoB, but still dubious to the original (Crusader Quarg).

I reported the same thing, but it's correct, he's on shaman faction as he's part of the quest for the shaman cudgel later or something like that.
