Quest Issue: Ring of Evoluoy

Does this drop from alligators in CT or Feerrott. All the info i can gather on this points to CT gators. However, i camped them for 3 hours last night and talked to other groupies who have been camping them as well for extended periods of time and have not seen one of these rings drop. They are for the circlet of mist Sol Ro quest so i wanted to make sure they are dropping and if so, are they in CT or Feerrott.

there should be no "an_alligator" in the feerrott.

ring drops from the ones in cazic thule at the intended very low %.

they do drop from alligators in CT.. seen 2 or 3 drop..
