Spell landing message

Having an issue with my spell text. I can see when I cast but can't see when it lands. For example when I cast Visions of Grandeur I see the text "Your begin casting Visions of Grandeur". What I don't see is "Soandso experiences Visions of Grandeur". I've looked ar all filters, in all my windows and can't seem to locate the problem. Any ideas?
