Cleric choices and stat allocations on green?

I'm going Human with all stat points in charisma. High Elf is slightly higher charisma, but they are ugly as sin (fashionquest over everything), with no strength. I have plans for one of these, because I'd like to see about my chances of getting a guise...otherwise, DE for life.

Anyone else? Would love to hear your thoughts and/or arguments. Wisdom items will be tougher to come by, so max wis will be a racial thing with +wis stat allocation on creation, but it'll ease up in Kunark and Velious. My primary concern is my ability to lull and pacify.
