anyone have a realistic price i should sell this for?
have been told many different prices, from 10-50k, and have received
a few offers on the lower end of that.

i'm not trying to squeeze every pp i can from this, but i don't want to sell it for 10k to find out I should have gotten 40k for it

When I'm not sure of a price and I know people want the item, I have people submit the offers in my thread instead of PMs. That will show you what people are willing to pay for it and you won't have to deal with responding to a million offers with people trying to convince you your item isn't worth what it is.
