Default Clicky Items and Spell Interference

Items that click spells with a recast delay are interfering with the recast delay of the same spell casted manually.

Situation:
I click my Deepwater Bracer to cast Spell:Stun.
Spell hits target.
I immediately cast Spell:Stun from my spell gems.
The spell is interrupted with "Spell recast time not yet met"

From what I recall on live, the recast delay of the spell is null and void in the situation of clicky items. Maybe someone else can chime in on this.

Weird. I haven't run into this and I've been non stop spamming JBB for days.

Winter's Roar has a recast timer of 2.25 seconds, which is shorter than the cast time on the bracer and on the spell. Stun has a recast timer of 12 seconds, which is longer than the cast time of the bracer and the spell. The problem I'm seeing is the recast timer is being started by the item, and is not finished when the regular spell is casted. Also if you cast the spell first, and click the bracer, it works fine correctly with no recast problems.

Nevermind, that patch was out to fix procs doing this. Will have to do a bit more thought on this one.
