Game Mechanics: Firiona Vie to BB boat

The shuttles from BB didn't come out this evening to get me off the boat when I rode the boat from Firiona Vie to BB. Some people at the shuttles in BB said they have been waiting for an hour and a half for them to leave the dock.

I got on the shuttle at BB, and sat there for at least 30 mins with no movement. I believe they are working, just timers are skewed somehow

I don't think the Barrel Barge is showing up in Oasis either.

I can confirm 2 separate 1 hour waits in BB with no movement or announcement message last night.
