Trying to get some gear going , just starting out , have roughly 100p

You aren't going to find much for 100p since 50-100pp is the cheapest you'll find most low-end int drops to sell for. Consider trying to save up 500p and buy a pair of 5ac/55hp rings first then buy cheap pieces once you get into your 20s and can start camping guards for fine steel weapons. As a necro you can pretty easily level up to your 50s in just fine silk armor if you stick primarily to non-caster mobs.
