Quest Issue: Gleaming Gloves

Part of Incandescent Gloves quest, supposed to be able to give a bloodstone to Tarn Visilin in HHK (loc pos 79, neg 223)to get the Gleaming Gloves. Tried at indifferent faction, tried as erudite, no luck. Indifferent to SolRo temple quest-giver Sultin.
