NPC Spawn Issue: Raster of Guk

There is a slight issue with the Raster of Guk spawn rate.

Currently: Raster/PH respawns at 10am even if no PH was left to despawn at 8am.

How it should be: Raster/PH should not respawn at 10am if his placeholder was killed. And instead, spawn at the 28 minute normal respawn rate from the last PH kill.

"Rasters PH is a 72 min spawn/despawn, but the rest of Lower Guk is on a 28 minute spawn, so the best way to maximize the amount of PH you get is as follows. (Times are obviously EQ times.)

5am - Spawn. Leave this one to despawn, unless it is Raster obviously.
8am - Despawn.
10am - Respawn. Kill this PH
7 to 8pm - Spawn. Also kill this PH

This method ensures 3 PH's per EQ day."

"I tried the de-spawn method. It works like a charm. 8am he or the PH de-spawns. 5 mins later, he or the PH re-appears. If you kill the placeholder it will take 29 mins. If you wait for him to de-spawn, it takes exactly 1 hour and 12 mins. "
