Default What do Mages use CotH for in raids?

I know what the spell does. It summons a group member to you.

But what do Mages use them for in raids? Do they summon the puller or something?

Helps to summon members to a specific area of the zone to avoid long fights in? I know we've used Coth's to get to Trakanon in Seb, and super helpful to get down into the goods of Chardok! [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Im sure a million other uses for raids, but i hardly have time to join them haha.

In raiding guilds, we use the mages as face trackers and when the mob pops the mage immediately cloths the puller up to FTE it.

Mages also coth your raid force down to trakanons lair and up to the doubles and triples dragons in tov.

Many raid mobs banish their main target (the tank) to some part of the zone (dain, trak, etc.) so if there's not enough DPS, you want tanks in groups with mages to coth them back.
