Problem with Audio, no sound

I have had the game installed and been playing fine for about 1 month. Yesterday I logged off for 30 mins to take a break and when I logged back in I had no audio what so ever. Zero sound. I checked the ini, sound was enable. I check the options in and outside the game and sound was enabled. My sound works for other games it works for youtube it works for everything BUT EQ. I have reinstalled the game and STILL no sound. In that 30mins i was logged off i didnt change anything. I and stumped big time and am out of options. Can anyone help me? When I look at the volume i see "everquest" and the green bar goes up and down like the audio is working but i dont hear anything
