Spells: Enchanter Spell: Shiftless Deeds

I read on another thread that shiftless deeds was fixed, but it seems that it is still not working. I've also updated the spell files.

Can you kindly take a look again. I greatly appreciate your time and help.

Whenever a dev says an issue is fixed, there is an implied "pending update". You won't see the changes until Rogean takes down the server to patch in many cases, including this one.
