Right mouse click issues

Hi all,

Recently I have been running into an issue where when I right click the client (or maybe windows) loses track of where my mouse is and I end up right clicking off screen on my desktop (running in windowed mode). When I click back into the game my mouse seems almost offset, since when I right click I either can't swivel my camera, or I end up conning myself in 3rd person over and over indicating that there are multiple right click inputs happening in the client.

Has anyone experienced this issue previously and gotten past it? Any help is appreciated as it can get pretty tense trying to navigate a dungeon when my mouse randomly decides to misbehave.
