Old Account

Hoping someone can help me figure this out. I originally played back in 2009 and had an old p1999 account.

I don't see an option under account maintenance to add an account. I linked some old EQEmulator accounts but these are different than my p1999 one.

How does someone years later add their old account to the list and change their password?
