Crusader Vragor in Trak's Teeth.
This quest NPC is currently KoS to me, doesn't seem like it should be? I was testing the Seb key turn in, walked out down the ramp leading out of the Emperor Ganak area, and this guy started hitting me for 180+. That didn't ring a bell. I have no recollection of having to avoid this guy when running around there.
Couldn't find any concrete old info on his standing vs. races other than iksar, but all accounts of fighting him seem to be in the vein of people just attacking a quest NPC for the hell of it, not "Watch out for this guy" or something along those lines.
