Iksar Shaman Stats

Hello everyone,

I've been reading through tons of posts on creating a Shaman, but they seem to mostly be aimed at what is best for a well-geared shaman at or near max level.

I only play sporadically and have several characters, so I don't expect to get anywhere near 60 with this toon. Furthermore, I don't have any money to twink him out, so I can't expect to have large stat boosts from equipment.

This being the case, I would like some opinions on whether I should go stamina or wisdom with an iksar Shaman, who will be under-geared and not likely to approach 60 (and for flavor reasons I'm set on him being an iksar, not troll or ogre).

I'm planning on doing a mix of solo and grouping and want to know what sort of build would be the most fun as a lowbie.
