I think I've seen a total of 2 have dropped for VD in the past 2 months.

Good luck finding it, seemed pretty rare.

For a while they seemed to stockpile because Mage crap just didn't seem to be dropping from a lot of mobs, but we already used our extras we had saved. Perhaps someone else out there has some saved as well.
